Why, Mr. Collins, I hardly recognized you!

So the other night Seymour and I checked out Bohemian Rhapsody in all its royal majesty, and I spent most of the movie trying to figure out who played Mr. Beach, the band’s lawyer. It finally hit me as we were watching the credits that it was Tom Hollander, aka Mr. Collins from the 2005 version of Pride and Prejudice!

Now I know what’s next on my to-be-watched list. How about you?

Recalculating…

I kinda miss the novelty of Mapquest directions, but I don’t miss how they were often horribly wrong, and getting turn by turn directions without having to look down at a crumpled piece of paper is ridiculously convenient:

I once tried to Mapquest a route to Des Moines for some reason or another, and the directions Mapquest provided had me turning the wrong way down a one-way street. If I had been unfamiliar with the area, that could have ended badly.

What about Second Halloween?

Okay, so I know Halloween was a while ago, but I saw this on Facebook the other day and almost snorted milk out of my nose:

And now I want breakfast, followed by second breakfast, elevensies, luncheon, afternoon tea, dinner, and supper, and accompanied by a metabolism fast enough to handle it all. 😀

Kitty-cats. ‘Nuff said.

I love kitties. I love watermelon. I love kitties and watermelon.

I also sometimes feel like a kitty who just ate a watermelon.
