My daughter wouldn’t be seen dead at a parade – unless Justin Beiber was appearing sans clothing.

  That’s one parade I would avoid. But I do miss the parades of my youth; they had more floats, fewer ads, and lots more candy. 🙂

I was disappointed in the parades around here. They’re all trucks, tractors, and cars. There were only three floats 😦 I miss the old ones with lots of floats.

  Same here. I think the only floats were for churches. If I want to see trucks, tractors, and cars, I’ll go drive down a highway in the summer.
