That said, late nights affect me a whole lot more than they used to because I am dragging today. Still, it was worth it. 🙂

My weekend was rough, but it was a home maintenance thing, along with work, that ganged up on me.
After working thirds for something like 20 years, I can tell you one thing: If anyone says you get used to it, they’re wrong.

Sounds like my weekend. Well, like my Sunday, anyway. And the coming weekend. If only I could snap my fingers and have all the housework at home and our campground done in a flash… 🙂
My ex-husband worked nights for most of our marriage and never adjusted. Seymour worked nights for a few months some time after we were married, and he was exceedingly glad to go back to days. Third shift is the pits. Hope this weekend was a little easier on you!
