It’s been such a lovely week here that I’ve started thinking about camping again. We always have a lot of fun camping, but with the move and everything last year, we weren’t able to go. We’re making up for it this year, but in the meantime, I’ve got these great shots to get me in the spirit:

I did quite a lot of “camping” in the Marines and it’s all gone just a little stale for me now. I did love it when i was a kid.

I loved camping when I was a kid. Nowadays, we “camp” – we have a lovely camper, and I wouldn’t camp any other way. I’m too old for tents. 😀

I would have loved a camper but it would have been hard to carry it up a mountain, with a kit bag weighing 120lb’s, and a weapon, and a week’s supply of food. And a sergeant who would never get off my back.

That’s a lot of stuff! Perhaps a camper would have made hauling it (and the sergeant) easier… 🙂
