I haven’t had pie for years. How did it taste? Omit nothing.

It tasted divine. Apples and cinnamon and a bit of sugar. This is only the third time I’ve made a pie crust from scratch, and thanks to a change in recipes, it’s my best effort to date.
Of course, it’s hard for anything involving a cup of butter to taste bad… 😀

My kids still tease me about the time I actually followed the directions on the macaroni and cheese box. I haven’t followed them since. 😉
