We had a tiny handyman at our house this weekend:

Here he is trying to fix a picture before hanging it on the living room wall. He also fixed our steps. He’s quite the handy little Cricket.
Do your kids ever fix up your house like this? What do they do?

My daughter is the ante-handyman, woman. She breaks everything she touches.

That’s generally how my kids are. It was the cutest thing, though, watching him climb the stairs hammering away at them. 🙂

But not an actual hammer, though? You’re braver than I.

No, just with a toy hammer. Knowing my kids, if we gave them a real hammer, they’d seriously injure themselves. We’re all klutzes here, except for maybe Seymour.

My kids take after me, and I’m not to be trusted with a hammer.
Unless, of course, it’s a sledgehammer and I’m going after a copier. Then it’s perfectly wise. 😀
