I’ve been cleaning and chopping and cooking and freezing and washing all day long and I am exhausted.
I’m so tired I can’t even come up with a decent caption for this lovely picture of dandelion seeds preparing for flight, like a dream upon the wind.

Aw, I’m honored to be mentioned in the same sentence as Bradbury! I love his stories, though I’m not sure if I’ve read “Dandelion Wine” or not. 🙂
I actually ended up with a migraine today after working so hard yesterday. Or maybe it wasn’t a migraine, but just a severe headache brought on by not drinking enough yesterday. Either way, I’m finally starting to feel better now that I’ve had a good nap. I’ve accomplished absolutely nothing today, but it was nice to rest a bit.

Pesky headaches! Happens to me when I don’t drink enough water during the day. Dehydration sets in and I’m miserable for a day or two until it gets balanced back again by drinking (water). Glad you are feeling better. I’ve gotten so much rain in the last week it has caused flooding in much of my area but fortunately, I’m high and dry and don’t have to go anywhere.

Me, too. We’ve also had quite a bit of rain, and our basement has flooded a little, though not as bad as last year. Hopefully it won’t get any worse. Glad you’re staying dry!
